How does puppy delivery or flight nanny service work?
We offer in-person pickup at our facility as well as personalized in-cabin Flight Nanny hand delivery across the USA, Canada, and Europe. Our licensed flight nanny carries the puppy in a temperature-controlled cabin with them at all times and meets you directly at your airport baggage claim.
What is required to reserve an available puppy?
A deposit of $500 securely reserves your chosen puppy until their scheduled pickup or delivery date. The remaining balance is paid upon meeting your puppy or prior to flight nanny departure.
Can we schedule a live FaceTime or WhatsApp video call?
Yes, absolutely! We actively encourage video calls so you can see your puppy playing, examine their temperament, and meet us in real-time. Simply text us on WhatsApp at +1(812)-629-1023 to set a time.
Are your puppies registered with AKC or FCI?
Yes, all our breeding dogs and puppies are 100% purebred French Bulldogs registered with AKC (American Kennel Club) and/or FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale) with documented multi-generation pedigrees.
What is covered under the 1-Year Health Guarantee?
Our written guarantee protects against all congenital and hereditary life-threatening disorders (including spinal, cardiac, or ocular conditions). Each puppy is also certified up-to-date on core vaccinations and deworming.
